And because many of our principals have come from Big 5 and other Consulting backgrounds, we are acutely aware of internal margin pressure on the supply side, and of very valid end client concerns about cost and quality. Hence, we work with both integrators and end clients to find the right balance of experience and rates, and because of our high volumes and even higher quality thresholds, there is more flexibility to move up or down than in a purely commodity business.
