Hence, we work with both integrators and end clients to find the right balance of experience and rates, and because of our high volumes and even higher quality thresholds, there is more flexibility to move up or down than in a purely commodity business. At the same time, we also provide our clients with Option to Hire programs, so they can realize longer term savings as part of our ongoing relationship with them

Highly talented subcontractors with an option for permanent placement. Provides both our clients and our resources a perfect balance of flexibility, stability, and lower long term cost for longer term needs.

 

Hire to Contract
Professionals hired by Intrinsic for a known specific need at our clients, with the anticipation that they will eventually leave Intrinsic for permanent placement at the client, or will be hired by others in the Intrinsic Network. Different from Contract to Hire because these individuals are selectively identified through prior relationships.

 

Direct Hire
Identification and referral of experienced professionals for direct permanent placement at our clients. Our Contract to Hire and Hire to Contract options come with the unique value of accessing resources not otherwise available or retained… a value delivered through Intrinsic's Safe Harbor ™ Program.
